Application Complete
Submit your application. At this point you will be provided with an engagement letter to sign and your Liquidator will be in touch to discuss the final steps.

Your Liquidator may have already contacted you to agree the cost, but if not, they will be in touch to discuss and confirm this before your application is completed.
Yes, the Portal uses eSignature software, so there is no need to print any documents to sign and return them to us.
It can take up to 3 weeks for your Company to enter Liquidation from the start of the process, however your liquidator will provide support and speak to your creditors in this time to relieve any stress and pressure.
You will receive an email notification when your Liquidator has provided any documents to eSign.
